The record

Who saw what, when.

Regulated lenders do not get to answer an examiner with a shrug. Prodeal records every view, upload, edit, and permission change as it happens, time-stamped, and exports the record as a file.

Every action, the moment it happens

A view, an upload, an edit, a status change, an access grant. Prodeal records each one with who did it and when, as it happens. There is no separate log to maintain and nothing to switch on.

When an examiner asks who had access to the appraisal and when, the answer is a lookup, not an investigation.

It leaves as a file

The record exports to a file you can hand an examiner, an auditor, or servicing. You are not screenshotting a portal or rebuilding a timeline from inboxes.

The trail is complete because it was never assembled by hand. It accumulated as the deal ran.

  • Exportable Download the full record when you need it.
  • Attributed Every entry names the user and the time.

The record carries into servicing

When the loan boards, the history boards with it. The team that services the loan inherits a clean, time-stamped account of how it closed, not a folder they have to trust.

How it works
01

Work the deal

Your team and the outside parties do their normal work in the room. Nothing extra to log.

02

Prodeal records it

Every view, upload, edit, and access change is time-stamped and attributed as it happens.

03

Export for the exam

When the question comes, export the record as a file. The answer is retrieval, not reconstruction.

Questions lenders ask

What does the audit trail record?
Every view, upload, edit, status change, and permission change on the deal, with a time stamp and the acting user. It accumulates as the deal runs rather than being assembled afterward.
Can the audit trail be exported?
Yes, the record exports as a file. An examiner or auditor can be answered with a retrieval instead of a reconstruction from inboxes.
Why does this matter for regulated lenders?
Banks, credit unions, and insurance lenders answer to examiners who ask who had access to what and when. A closing that ran in email cannot answer that cleanly. A closing that ran in Prodeal already has.
Does it record who viewed a document, not just who uploaded it?
Yes. Views, uploads, edits, status changes, and access changes are all recorded and attributed to a user with a time stamp.
